Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all cleaning services booked through Hekmats.de by consumers and businesses in Germany.
2. Booking and contract
A contract is concluded when we confirm your booking by email. Prices shown during booking are estimates based on your input and are confirmed before work begins.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is possible by invoice, SEPA direct debit, card, or cash after the service. Invoices are due within 14 days.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or no-access appointments are charged at 50% of the agreed price.
5. Access
The customer ensures access to the property, water and electricity. Keys or codes may be provided in the booking instructions.
6. Liability and insurance
Our cleaners are insured with €5M liability coverage. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of the cleaning.
7. Satisfaction guarantee
If the result does not meet our standard, report it within 48 hours and we will re-clean free of charge.
8. Applicable law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
